Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Abigails Style. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth return experience for any issues you may encounter. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all original tags, labels, or accessories.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  • Email us at [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the item
    • A description of the issue
  • Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after more than 3 days of delivery
  • Products that have been used, worn, or washed
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned without prior contact or approval

4. Refund Process

Since we only accept cash on delivery, refunds are issued as follows:

  • For refunds, we will request your bank account details for processing.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost or offer a refund.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. To cancel an order, email us at [email protected] with your order number.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. International Returns

Customers outside our main delivery region must still follow the same process. Please note that international return shipping costs are not covered by Abigails Style unless the return is due to our error.
